MAS NATURA is an ecological and educational estate set in a former 350 m² farmhouse on 2 hectares of wooded land with a magnificent view over the Aspres valley, the Pyrenean mountains, and the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon. It has a free private parking with an electric gate and cameras (only at the entrance and in the parking lot), an orchard with compost, a permaculture garden, numerous rainwater collectors and solar panels for reversible air conditioning everywhere, a shared gym & game room, and a saltwater pool (5x10m without chemical chlorine) open from May to October and a SPA/jacuzzi (for an additional fee) open from October to May. Two well-separated accommodations, each with parking, private terraces, and private entrances, can be rented separately for families or friends, or together as a group lodging (2–3 nights minimum, 2–3 weeks maximum), with an additional meeting room and extra sleeping arrangements for 14 adults + 1 baby or child bed. Pets allowed (maximum 2, but no puppies or kittens, and only in THE NEST, under conditions and with a supplement). Please bring your own beach and pool towels; bath towels and bed linen can also be rented on site (with prior reservation). A security deposit and cleaning fee must be planned for during the mandatory check-in and key handover upon arrival and departure. Maximum capacity of the accommodations : For THE NEST (garden level) up to 5 adults + child in 2 large double beds with mattress toppers or 4 separate single beds, 1 sofa bed + 1 folding crib or child bed (under 12 years old, at an additional charge). For THE TOWER (upstairs) up to 4 adults or children in 2 large double beds with mattress toppers or 4 single beds + 1 folding crib (up to 3 years old, at an additional charge). As professionals in tourism and nature lovers committed to environmental preservation, we are able to welcome you almost all year round at MAS NATURA, our large estate perched on a small hill in Banyuls-dels-Aspres—a charming Catalan village basking in the sun, surrounded by nature, but close to the town center and church (5–10 minutes on foot). We generally reside on site, in the front part of the property, for maintenance, watering, information, and guest reception. This calm, rejuvenating and restful place is absolutely not suitable for noisy, alcohol-fueled parties (sound systems are prohibited). We simply ask all our guests to respect this, along with the local wildlife, plants, and neighborhood.

Located in the south of the Pyrénées-Orientales, our large natural estate is close to the village center and its small café-bar with bread delivery service, the only local pizzeria and pharmacy. Additional shops and amenities are 8 minutes away by car in Le Boulou, with its thermal baths, banks, restaurants, market, supermarkets, and more. The region offers many long beaches and trails for walking, cycling, or horseback riding—between the French Côte Vermeille and the Spanish Costa Brava—with a wide range of sightseeing opportunities and activities, whether sporty, cultural or relaxing, by the sea, lakes, or ponds, in the mountains or while discovering French, Catalan, or Spanish heritage. Close by you’ll find beaches (Argelès, Le Barcarès, Canet…), ports (Collioure, St Cyprien…), the vibrant Catalan city of Perpignan, many natural sites and vineyards, charming mountain villages, Vauban fortresses, and Cathar castles. Within 1–2 hours, you can also visit the medieval city of Carcassonne, the archaeological site of Tautavel in France, or Girona and Barcelona in Spain... In short, there's something here for every taste, every budget, and in every season !
