An incredibly relaxing place, a stunning traditional Provence Mas (now totally renovated!) in a beautiful Mediterranean garden with olive trees surrounding a pool (heated on request) in the sun for all the day, panoramic sea views, close to town, shops and seaside, ideal for groups and families. The stunning panoramic sunset views and the calm of this villa laying on the Castellaras hill will conquer you! You will enjoy the large front terrace, with enchanting valley and sea view, where you will delight yourself during lunch or dinner under the patio. Four, out of the six bedrooms, feature private bathroom and great privacy. The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and has access to a back terrace with gas barbecue surrounded by laurel trees. You will have access to the villa, the pool (heated on request), the magnificent garden and the olive trees terraces overlooking the bay of Cannes, of Mandelieu and the Esterel cap.
Dear Guest, I'm a lover of beauty, harmony and nature. I hope that you will find all of that in my house. I fell in love with my house at first sight for the views, the charming traditional Provence Mas atmosphere and the beautiful garden and pool. I love enjoying the beautiful views from the terrace, at sunset, listening to opera's arias playing loud from the SONOS music players. When you will see this place you will understand! I look after my house with love and care, I hope you will feel like doing the same. I'm looking forward to sharing with you this enchanting place. Enjoy!
This area between Mougins and Valbonne is a great area for golf (9 courses within 10 km), walks (the protected park of Valmasque is only 3km away), hikes, beaches (10 km away), sightseeing of charming Provence villages (Mougins, Valbonne, Grasse, Opio, Antibes) or exciting Cannes nightlife! From Cannes you'll be able to visit the enchanting blue waters of the Lerins Islands (10 minutes ferry trip) or drive a convertible car to the breathtaking cliffs of the Esterel coastal road. Beautiful Nice, with its famous Promenades des Anglais and lovely restaurants, is only 30 km away, reachable by highway or train.
