The 2 rooms apartment has been fully renewed in February 2018 to make it as cosy and lovely as possible. It is on the 4th and last floor of a nice building, in the center of Nice but on a quiet street. The apartment windows are only on court side so it is really quiet. It has a small lift and air conditioned. We will provide you with some basic food such as oil, salt, sugar and a Nespresso coffee machine. We will wait for you in the apartment to give you the keys. The cleaning fees has already been charged but If the apartment is left very dirty, extra fees can be applied. We will take the footprint of your credit card for the deposit at arrival,, so have one valid card with you. if you want to do the check-in before 16:00 or the check-out after 10:00AM, an extra cost (7 euros / hour) will be asked, if the apartment is available.

Located in a cosmopolitan area of Nice, with many restaurants and Hotels, at 2 steps from the main train station and close to Street Jean Medecin, where you can take the tramway to go to the old city or to the beach. It is located also 1 tram station to the new complex of Gare du Sud where you can eat and listen music or watch movie till late in the evening. To come from airport it is really easy thanks to the ne line 2 of the tramway, just take it till the terminus Jean Medecin and then either take line 1 for 1 stop ( Gare Thiers) or go by foot (600 meters from apartment) It will cost you only 1.5 euro per person.
