Welcome to this charming, fully renovated 47 m² flat located on Rue de Nashville in Caen, in a green and peaceful setting. Enjoy a bright and modern space, designed to offer you all the comfort you need during your stay in Normandy. The flat consists of: 🛋️ A comfortable living room with a sofa bed, video projector and large bay window opening onto a balcony with a view of the trees. 🍽️ A fully equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, induction hob, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, etc.) with a cosy dining area. 🛏️ A quiet bedroom with a double bed and storage space. 🚿 A modern bathroom with a large walk-in shower and washer-dryer. 🅿️ Easy and free parking on the street. 👉 The accommodation is located just a few minutes' drive from Caen city centre, the marina and the train station. Quick access to the ring road to reach the D-Day beaches or Suisse Normande. The memorial is a 5-minute walk away for those who are curious.
