The Neoresid residence in Gagny is a new, new generation residence! It can accommodate all types of public: students, young professionals, people on the move... for stays ranging from a few days to a year (renewable)! Take advantage of new equipment in studios, T1 or T1bis, T2 from 16 to 32 m2 and even shared apartments of 51 m2 for 2 people with private spaces (bedroom and bathroom with WC) and a kitchen of 14m2 (with large fridge) to find you. All accommodations are furnished and equipped. Several living spaces organize your future apartment. They have all been designed for your comfort and your success. All our accommodations are equipped with an office area, a kitchen area, a bathroom and a sleeping area.
