In the southern Berry region, detached house with a large private, enclosed garden and private parking.
Close to the Ligny ski lift (ski lift), Lake Eguzon, and the Parc des Loups in Guéret.
Town activities include a traditional dance on June 24th, a picnic on July 2nd, a concert on July 8th and 29th, the St. Roc festival on August 16th, a concert in the village of Nermond on August 26th, and a circus in September. On the ground floor: a kitchen with a dining room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a private toilet. A step leads to the living room.
Upstairs: a landing with a sofa bed, two bedrooms each with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and access to a bathroom with a toilet.
Outside: a private, enclosed garden with parking, a pétanque court, garden furniture, and a barbecue.

The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the entire stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 50 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
