Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you this charming 105 m² house in Plouhinec which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. Located 150 m from the Ria beach. It comprises a 40 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a 500 m² garden. Wifi included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: Ground floor: - 40 m² living room with sofas, TV and wood-burning stove (wood not supplied) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob... - Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC First floor: - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×200) - Bedroom 4: single bed and crib - Bathroom with bath and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior: - 500 m² fenced garden - A 34 m² terrace in composite wood with furniture for sunny days. Other remarks : - Free Wifi available - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, at extra cost (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
