Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you in the commune of Antibes, this charming flat air-conditioned with a surface of 35 m ² and being able to accomodate up to 4 travellers, at only 200m of the beach of Juan-les-Pins and the Palace of the Conventions. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 15 m², an open equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, a bathroom and a balcony. Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Other remarks: - For stays of more than 14 nights, a cleaning fee will be charged: 25e/ additional week. - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available (fibre optic). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
