The very bright, newly renovated holiday flat Nuages with 3 rooms, kitchen and bathroom (50 sqm), as well as 2 balconies (20 sqm) is located on the 1st floor of the Villa Fontaine Vieille and is ideal for 2-3 people. On the south-facing balcony you can enjoy your breakfast in the morning sun with a view of the old town of Vence. In the living/dining room there is a wood-burning stove, which radiates a cosy warmth in winter and a modern split air conditioning system, which provides cooling in summer, and the media corner is equipped with a modern satellite receiver, with which you can receive TV and radio programmes in HD quality. There is also an internet radio with CD player in the reading room. The 120 x 200 cm large, comfortable sofa in the adjoining, modern reading room is a quiet and secluded place to browse. The sofa can also be used as a bed for a third person. The room also has a large chest of drawers and plenty of storage space. The new, modern kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner hob, 80 cm wide oven, fridge-freezer, sink, dishwasher, KitchenAid, filter coffee machine, Nespresso machine and Aeroccino. The kitchen's sophisticated equipment allows you to fulfil your cooking wishes. There are plenty of crockery, glasses and cooking utensils, and you can access the north/west-facing balcony with a view of the Baou mountains through the kitchen. Here you can enjoy the sunset and end the day in style with a nice glass of wine. With its two balconies facing south and north/west, the flat is perfect for both sun worshippers and those seeking shade. The bedroom is furnished with a new 160 x 200 cm box-spring bed and wardrobe. A ceiling fan keeps the room pleasantly cool in summer. The separate bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.

The two medieval towns of Vence and its sister town Saint-Paul de Vence are embedded in the lovely hilly landscape northwest of Nice. The houses and alleys of the old town of Vence, arranged like a snail shell, the castle, the former palace and the rose chapel of Matisse are well-known tourist attractions. Vence, a city of artists, is also known as the "city of flowers" and "city of water". The well-preserved "washhouse", twenty fountains and numerous springs ensure the water supply of the well-kept private and public parks. The "Fontaine vieille", which has given its name to the villa and the street, is one of these many springs. On the small picturesque, romantic squares in the old town of Vence, there are many good restaurants with French and international cuisine. Gourmets will find numerous top restaurants in the surrounding area, such as Les Bacchanales and the famous Colombe d'Or. The towns and villages of the Cotê d'Azur are accessible by bus and car. The many beaches invite you to swim. Excursions into the hinterland offer hiking possibilities with breathtaking views and impressions.
