Living close to the appartment, I am at your disposal to pick up at the SCNF station in Mulhouse or the Euroairport Basel-Mulhouse-Frebiurg.
I am also very flexible for arrival times and departure times.
宿泊施設の情報
- The number of people must not exceed the maximum number indicated in the apartment description.
- Cleaning is included but we ask that you return the accommodation to us as you found it.
- It is forbidden to move furniture.
- Costs caused by deterioration of the accommodation equipment made available to you will be your responsibility.
- All these rules also apply in common areas, please avoid noise pollution, do not leave your personal belongings there and keep the space as it was on arrival.
Arrival and departure:
- Please bring an identity document in the name of the person who made the reservation to present upon arrival. If, however, the reservation was made for a loved one, we thank you for letting us know when booking and for informing this person that proof of identity in their name will be required upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse access to accommodation in the absence of identification.
- When you leave the accommodation, please leave the keys in the place indicated. If you have any doubts about handing over the keys, you can contact us via the Booking application
- In the event that the keys are not returned or are lost, you must inform us. Otherwise, a lock change, a service which can cost several hundred euros, will be carried out at your expense.
Occupancy of apartments
- The client cannot bring third parties not known to the rental company into the apartment, unless authorized by the rental company.
- Any person not included in the reservation is not authorized to enter, under penalty of immediate expulsion and without refund.
- For the respect and rest of other customers, be careful not to slam doors or make too much noise, particularly between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
