This brand-new and stylish apartment is just steps away from the historic center of Aix-en-Provence, only a 2-minute walk from La Rotonde and the famous Cours Mirabeau. It includes: A large, modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and washing machine Upstairs, a living room with a smart TV and free Wi-Fi 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable sofa bed (140x190 cm) featuring a real mattress (two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs) A baby travel cot and high chair available for your use An open bathroom in each bedroom (with shower and sink) 3 toilets/WCs (one downstairs and two in the upstairs bedrooms) Bed linen is provided (sheets, bath towels, and kitchen cloths). The bus station is just a 5-minute walk away, and the train station can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot. The nearest parking facility is the La Rotonde parking garage, located about an 8-minute walk from the apartment (public, secure, and paid parking). After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link giving you access to the apartment guide. There, you will have the option to choose flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.
