Located in the heart of the medieval village of Beynac House, the “Stoneroofed House” is an individual house of 100 sqm with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate wc, large great room opening to a deck and panoramic garden of 300 sqm with a fantastic view over the Dordogne. Subtile combination of : Tradition with limestone walls in each rooms, ancient wooden beams, two large original stone fireplaces, ancient furniture like an outstanding 18th century renovated “baldaquin” kingsize bed in the master bedroom. Modernity with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, brand new bathroom with spa shower cabin, flat screen TV with DVD equipment, leather dining chairs, comfortable living room seatings. Outdoor dining table with comfortable chairs and relaxing sun loungers shadowed by a massive platane tree.
