The accommodation must be left clean and tidy as you received it at check-in (no hair, labels, or other objects thrown on the floor, stains, or marks on sheets or other surfaces), and no objects or furniture may be moved.

Any disruption to the furnishings or hygiene will be automatically deducted from your deposit, which was already blocked on booking.com at the time of your reservation.

Check-out times are 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM.

Late check-out requests before 3:00 PM will be processed subject to availability.

Late check-out rate (before 3:00 PM) is €300.

After 3:00 PM, you will be charged one night's stay.

Guarantee:

A €1,000 deposit will be blocked via your booking.com reservation.

Any violation of the establishment's rules will result in automatic cancellation and immediate vacancy.
