80 m². This cosy apartment is only 10 minutes from Paris. 100 m from métro, 1 km from Stade De France and Paris CDG Airport. Ideal for a 4 member family. Car park in the basement. 2 great terraces at the 5th floor to watch the world from above ;-)
We live in Paris and enjoy to go abroad visiting the world through Air BnB. We enjoy welcoming nice people from all over the world as well. We try to welcome our guests as good as possible ;-) You will certainly have nice time in my place and in Paris certainly ! Florian and Sylvie.
The appartment is close to CDG Airport and Stade De France (1 km). Only 1/2 hour to go to Champs Elysées. Commerce down the appartment. Pharmacie. 100m from the TV famous studios of La Plaine and 1km from Cité du cinéma (Luc Besson). Cinéma only 2 km. Metro only 100m By Walk. 100 m from métro (ligne 12 - Station Front Populaire). Bus. Car park inside the building for One private car. Only 1/2 hour from Paris Charles De Gaulle airport. 45 minutes from Orly Airport. 1/2 hour from Paris central station.
