Residence in a pleasant and calm setting 1km from the shops and the beach with a shared swimming pool open in the summer season. This air-conditioned Mezzanine T2 Pavilion is composed of a kitchen area with coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, 2-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine. The main living room has a sofa, television, a cabin area with two bunk beds, a mezzanine with a 140 double bed and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Laundry with washing machine and dryer in the residence (surcharge). Parking space. Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it when the keys are handed over (double bed kit / single bed kit / towel kit: with a large and a small towel). WIFI BOX rental in addition. You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the "swikly" link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be done before your arrival (not in cash or checks). Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The keys must be collected at the Citygest agency in Narbonne Plage between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. in the summer season (Saturdays).
