Our penthouse is truly one-of-a-kind in Cannes. It combines Provençal charm with the modern style of a loft, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere. Guests love the private sauna, the spacious design, and the terrace with its beautiful view of the old castle. We make sure every detail is taken care of—from high-speed fiber internet to fully equipped kitchens—so you instantly feel at home.

Neighbourhood information

The Suquet is the historic heart of Cannes, and it has so much charm! Guests love wandering its narrow streets, enjoying the vibrant Forville Market, and being just minutes away from the beaches and the Palais des Festivals. There are also wonderful little restaurants and cafés tucked away, where you can taste authentic Provençal cuisine. It’s the perfect balance between culture, history, and the Mediterranean lifestyle. TIP I always recommend going to the Forville Market early in the morning—it’s full of local life, fresh produce, and an amazing atmosphere. For a special view, head up to the top of Le Suquet at sunset and enjoy the panorama over Cannes and the bay. And if you want a more local dining experience, try the small family-run bistros hidden in the old town—you’ll feel like a true Cannois.
