Welcome to Petite Aucher, our beautifully restored 3 bedroom cottage, situated in a small hamlet, in the heart of picturesque Charente countryside. Located in a peaceful rural setting, 3 mles from the Village of Lesterps. Petite Aucher has stunning views and is nestled among pastures and woodlands. There is a labyrinth of pathways and bridle paths right outside the door, ideally situated for both walkers and cyclists. With its own above ground pool and private garden.

I have been hosting for 3 years now and enjoy welcoming new guests to our beautiful cottage. I enjoy walking, biking and relaxing in our peaceful surroundings

Rural and picturesque surroundings. We ate 5km from the local shop in Lesterps which also has a butcher’s and Post office. Lovey local restaurant in Esse - L’EStaminet. The main town Confolens with bars, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops is only 15min drive away and the larger town Saint Junien with Supermarkets, bars, cafes, restaurants, shops and a market. There is also a monkey park and zoo an adventure park, lakes with man made beaches where you can hire kayaks and pedalo’s approximately 40mins drive away,
