The cottage is located in the small, authentic seaside village of Banastère, close to the Penerff River. It offers: On the ground floor: a living room with a dining area, a lounge, a kitchenette, and a toilet. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 140x190 cm bed, a second bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed, a 90x190 cm bed, and a desk, followed by a shower room with a toilet. Private 200m² garden. Near cottage 56G24074. The cottage is adjoining another apartment. Sunscreen shutters on the skylights. A bicycle shed is available.

Bordered to the north by the Gulf of Morbihan and to the south by the Atlantic Ocean, Sarzeau boasts both sides of the charm. This accommodation, located near shops, beaches, the coastal path, and remarkable sites, is ideal for a vacation. More than 200 species of birds are loyal to the Rhuys Peninsula.
