Located 3km from the city center of Perpignan, and only 14km from Canet en Roussillon beaches and 20km from Argelès-sur_Mer beaches, this residence has indépendants studios with free TV and free WIFI Internet access
Each studio has a modern decoration style, with a fully equipped little kitchen, a living room with a sofa and private bathroom. Bed linen, towels, hygiene and maintenance products are included free of charge
Quiet and peacefull neighborhood of the extreme South of Perpignan. Only 5min by car from a commercial center Auchan (15min by foot). Free parksite (150 parking spaces)
