This 10 m2 room is in a recent house located in a residential steet, near Saint Ouen flea market. At your disposal: equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom, plenty of storage space. Plenty of public transport. Disclaimer : the bed is a convertible sofa. It is rather firm and small. People that are more than 1m80 m or 80 kg might find it too small.
I'm a private peson. Hosting is not my profession. I suggest you get in touch with me before you make a reservation.
The area is called Saint Ouen. It is a multi-ethnic area that undergoes a gentrification process. Part of the olympic village was here during the 2024 olympic games. Some parts of it are still impoverished whilst others look affluent. One might feel unsafe at night (like in many parts of the Paris area) but if one is careful, it is unlikely that there will be problems.
