Treat yourself to a peaceful, elegant escape just 29 minutes from Paris and 20 minutes from Versailles, nestled in a private estate surrounded by greenery.
You’ll enjoy an entirely private floor, accessible via a separate entrance. This 58m² private suite includes a cozy living room, two double bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and a refreshment area with a fridge, coffee machine, kettle, and a few essentials — perfect for tea, coffee, or a light snack.
The nearby towns of Saint-Germain-en-Laye and Marly-le-Roi offer an abundance of wonderful dining options.
The suite enjoys exceptional natural light, with large windows in every room. The ambiance is bright, warm, and peaceful — ideal for unwinding.
Great care has been taken to ensure your comfort. The hotel-quality bedding includes cotton percale sheets, natural down duvets, and two pillows per guest — one soft, one firm — so everyone sleeps soundly, whatever their preference.
The house operates as a guesthouse, offering a high level of privacy, calm, and independence. Only one other guest room is available, located in a separate wing with no connection to your suite.
Each morning, a generous breakfast is served in the shared living room (from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.) or on the terrace. Expect fresh pastries, wholegrain bread with butter and jam, muesli, seasonal fruit, freshly ground organic coffee, Mariage Frères teas, milk, and plant-based options.
Cleaning protocols are meticulous: all bedding, including pillow and mattress protectors, is washed at 60°C on long cycles with an extra rinse to remove detergent residue.
The host may pass discreetly through your floor in the morning to access the laundry room, but your private space remains entirely yours, with no shared rooms or areas.
Private parking is available. Public transport (BUS/RER A) is a 3-minute walk away, and the L train is 12 minutes on foot. Uber and driving options are also simple and quick—just 7 minutes to RER A by car.

A former royal town, it is home to the magnificent Château de Saint-Germain-en-Laye – now the National Archaeology Museum – and vast French-style gardens designed by Le Nôtre, offering breathtaking views over the Seine Valley. Its lively town center, quality boutiques, charming restaurants, and renowned market make it one of the most desirable destinations west of Paris.
