Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. If you like nature, you'll be at the right place, between the lake and the forest. Swimming, hiking, riding, paragliding and so much more, this happens right here. The private beach is accessible only to the residents of the building including you (and if you have already been here, that is a real luxury). The access is through a private and safe tunnel. Pétanque fields are available and free to use. Free car parking with plenty of space. The famous bike path that loops around Lake Annecy is steps away behind the building.

You can easily walk to the closest store open 7 days of the week in less than 20min. It’s also where you’ll find a delicious bakery and the Duingt Castle. Once you park your car in the premises you can bike to Annecy within 30min depending on your speed. 2 bike rentals are walking distance from the loft as well as water sports such as paddles, pedal boats and motorboat with wakeboard and wake surf sessions.
