Looking forward to seeing you:) ## Logement Warm and well-appointed, it comprises : - a master bedroom with a double bed (opening onto a terrace) ; - a second bedroom with a bunk bed; - two bathrooms; - a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen ; - a dining room ; - and a lounge area with a convertible sofa (opening onto a terrace). The following facilities are available: Parking, Coffee machine, Dishwasher, Microwave. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee. One of the apartment’s main advantages is its location. It is situated: - in the Pierre et Vacances residence, about 15 minutes from the village of Grimaud and 10 minutes from Port Grimaud; - with a sea view, although the beach is quite far if you wish to reach it on foot; - near a restaurant and a small grocery store, open only during the summer; - at least a 10-minute drive from shopping areas and restaurants. Nearby points of interest: - Château de Grimaud, about 15 minutes by car; - Musée du Patrimoine, about 15 minutes by car; - Pont des Fées, 11 minutes away; and many more... A professional cleaning service is carried out before and after each stay. You are very welcome! :) ## Emplacement Grimaud is a French commune in the Var department on the Côte d'Azur. Built right on the sea, the town's architecture is both traditional and original, with columns, capitals and facades of all colors, as well as criss-crossing canals. It's a favorite with tourists, where you can enjoy the beach and its azure waters during the day, and stroll through the Provencal and Mediterranean decor in the evening.
