Warm and well-appointed, it comprises :
- a master bedroom with a double bed (opening onto a terrace) ;
- a second bedroom with a bunk bed;

- a fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen ;

- and a lounge area with a convertible sofa (opening onto a terrace).

Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
One of the apartment’s main advantages is its location. It is situated:
- in the Pierre et Vacances residence, about 15 minutes from the village of Grimaud and 10 minutes from Port Grimaud;
- with a sea view, although the beach is quite far if you wish to reach it on foot;
- near a restaurant and a small grocery store, open only during the summer;
- at least a 10-minute drive from shopping areas and restaurants.

## Emplacement
Grimaud is a French commune in the Var department on the Côte d'Azur.
