I am Swedish and live partly time in Banyuls-sur-Mer. I love France and have traveled a lot in the country, Banyuls is my favorite spot. I enjoy nature, hiking, sea and mountains, everything is within close reach. Plus, I like good French food, wine, and nice people. I like meeting people and hosting and welcoming everyone to Banuls is a pleasure.

Property information

Newly,built bright and spacious apartment with private parking and balcony with mountain views. There are two bedrooms with a shower and toilet to each room. In addition, there is a smaller bedroom with a sleeping area. The salon has an open floor plan with kitchen island in black granite. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The apartment is a separate unit from a larger villa. It is privately located and has its own entrance with a staircase from the outside. Walking distance, about 300 m to beach, shops and restaurants
