Our modern luxury apartment is located just a few minutes' walk from the Croisette promenade, the beach and the conference center. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and can accommodate up to 8 people. There is free high-speed WiFi and a large flat-screen TV, The residence has 2 swimming pools (one for toddlers and one for adults) for quick refreshment. The apartment on the forth floor [troisième étage] is modern with 2 large balconies, both with splendid views. There is also access to shopping on rue d'Antibes and dinning out for seafood in the old port and a large variety of traditional and ethnic cuisines.

Picturesque medieval villages perched on pinnacles of rock and beautiful beaches. The apartment is just a few steps from a large modern supermarket "InterMarche". On Sundays there is a country open air market in place Gambetta at just 5 minute's walk. There are several restaurants in the immediate neighborhood and many more at easy walking distances. It's also only a 5-minute walk to the bus and train station. The rue d'Antibes shopping district is just minutes away as well as are several of the pedestrians only restaurant streets offering "sidewalk cafe" dinning. The famous Croisette beach/promenade and Palais dd Festival are less than a pleasant 15 minutes walk from your front door too.
