“Le nom « Les Arcades » est pour moi un gage d’hôtels de qualité. Celui de Dieppe par exemple fait partie de ce club de séjours parfaits. Celui de Valenciennes donc fera donc aussi partie de ce petit panthéon très personnel. J’aime la déco kitsch...”
