Nestled in the heart of Normandy, in the village of Ouistreham Riva Bella, this 3-bedroom apartment offers a lovely space that can accommodate up to 6 people. Fully renovated, it boasts all modern amenities and the charm of the seaside. Its location close to the towns of Caen (15 km), Cabourg (21 km), Houlgate (26 km), and Deauville (40 km) allows you to enjoy the Normandy beaches while being near the main historical and cultural centres of Normandy. You can enjoy beautiful hikes or walks between the beaches and the Normandy countryside. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and you will have towels available. You just need to drop off your luggage! End-of-stay cleaning is also included.
My name is Maryline. I will welcome you upon your arrival during the designated reception hours, and outside of these hours, you will find your keys in the key box. In case of my absence, you will be welcomed by another person who will be eager to provide you with all the necessary information. These are my first steps in seasonal rentals with this apartment that we have completely renovated. By the end of the year, a second apartment will be added; this one will be a duplex. My team and I look forward to your next visit.
