Situated in the hamlet of Le Moulin de le Beraudaie. Private, two bedroomed accommodation, with it's own access and parking.
Access via several steps to a secluded gravelled garden, leading to an enclosed grassed area.
Well-equiped kitchen/dining room with river views.
Separate comfortable lounge with satellite T.V, two sofas and log burning fire.
Downstairs toilet.
First floor has 2 bedrooms, one spacious double room and one twin room.
Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms (shower and toilet) and under floor heating.
