Enjoy a very nice Super King-sized room in a very stylish apartment in the heart of historical Paris, a stone's throw away from the Louvre museum. The neighbourhood is simply wonderful and rich historically with most monuments within easy reach. PLEASE READ THE BELOW INFORMATION CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING. This is not a hotel. This is a room within a private apartment and the bathroom is (occasionally) shared with the host. The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor with only stairs access. A porter and luggage storage service is available for a small cost. The host lives on-site but the bedroom is towards the back of the apartment so guests have privacy. To collect the keys there is a 150euro security deposit required (returnable at check-out). Without the security deposit, guests will have to use the Interphone buzzer to gain access to the property. A clear copy of passport or ID for each guest must be sent before check-in. This is an essential and compulsory requirement for security and insurance purposes.
