Let us introduce ourselves...Kay and Mark 'Map Man' Williams.  Originally from the UK and New Zealand we both have a passion for meeting people and exceptional customer service. Having travelled extensively and with a combined background in marketing, event planning and business development, we decided to move to the beautiful Minervois region in the ‘real’ south of France and put all of our skills to good use establishing a bed and breakfast and  small group tour company.   Why the name Sainte-Hélène? There is a reference on both sides of our families to geographical regions with ‘Helen’ in their name. We wanted some reflection of our past and felt bringing Sainte-Hélène to Olonzac was perfect!

At our luxury bed and breakfast we focus on the important things: a well appointed bedroom including a ceiling fan and en-suite and a delicious breakfast using locally sourced produce. We will also be happy to assist you in making the most of your time at Sainte-Hélène by sharing our local knowledge for great days out! We have individually designed each room without compromising the true character of our village house. Our bedrooms and self contained apartment offer the best in restful sleep including luxurious beds and the finest quality linen. All of our contemporary en-suite bathrooms have sumptuous bath towels with hairdryers and beautiful organic bathroom products. In the B & B the lounge is available for your relaxation where we have a large flatscreen TV & DVD player and in the dining room there is an honesty bar providing beer, wine and soft drinks. We have a library available with information on the local area and region, general reading and a large selection of DVD’s. Outside you will find a shady courtyard where you can indulge in our delicious breakfast or enjoy a lovely glass of local wine after a day out exploring this great region!
