Agence Cocoonr offers you, in Locmariaquer, this charming apartment, less than a kilometer from the beach, with wifi, with a surface area of 35 m² and can accommodate up to 3 travelers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no elevator), it features a lovely 20 m² living room, equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, bathroom (with shower). Housekeeping is included in the rental and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be prepared on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with one single bed
- One bedroom with one queen-size bed (160×200)
- One bathroom with shower

- This apartment is located “feet in the water”: the residence's garden opens directly onto a small beach.
