Situated next to the Grand Massif Express lift in Samoëns, you couldn't get a better location for your ski holiday. There is underground parking so once you arrive there is no need to use your car unless you wish to travel further afield. Samoëns village centre is 10-15 minutes walk. There is a ski hire shop in the building and a bakery and pizzeria close. For summer holidays you are next to the river, as well as the lift system which opens for hiking and biking. This brand new apartment has been decorated in a modern Savoyard style. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the second bedroom has two bunks and comfortably sleeps four people. Both bedrooms have balcony access. The main bathroom is opposite the second bedroom, and has a bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day skiing or hiking. The open plan living area comprises of the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and hob as well as all you need for a Raclette or Fondue night. The dining table seats 6-8 with 2 benches and extra chairs available. It can also double up as a workspace if you need to bring work with you. The lounge has 2 sofas, one of which can be used as a sofa bed, TV with soundbar and access to the second balcony, which is a perfect spot to watch the sunset at the end of the valley. There is a ski locker in the basement for you to use if you wish to store your equipment on site. The apartment has one underground parking space as well as ample uncovered parking outside the building. The apartment does not have a washing machine or dryer, there are 2 laundrette facilities in Samoëns, the most convenient is in Carrefour car park. Linen and towels are included in rentals of 4 nights or more.

Samoëns is about a 1 hour transfer from Geneva airport, the Grand Massif Express lift is just next to the residence and you are also walking distance to the village.
