Property information

Everything is there: its private garden, the residence's swimming pool, the private parking space, access to the wild coast just a stone's throw away. The accommodation is close to the Armandèche lighthouse, the coastal path and cycle paths. Bus line B located 100m away will allow you to easily reach the TGV station and the city center. Enter this pleasant house through its exterior garden and come and discover: - 1 living room with sofa, television, dining table. - 1 fully equipped and furnished kitchen (coffee maker, kettle, oven, condiments, etc.) - 1 bathroom with shower - 1 independent WC Take the stairs to access the sleeping area which is composed of: - 1 relaxation area, - 1 bedroom with a bunk bed - 1 bedroom with a queen size bed - 1 washing machine is at your disposal. Also enjoy a private south-west facing garden with outdoor lounge on sunny days. (There is also an awning) 1 designated parking space completes the accommodation. You will have access to the outdoor swimming pool shared with the residence (open from mid-May to mid-September). Take the small boat (smuggler) 1km away to access the large beach and the town center of Les Sables d'Olonne. At 750m, you can enjoy delicious seafood platters. A large area 2km away Arrival: From 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. Supplement between 9 p.m. and 12 a.m. Departure: From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Supplement between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. Arrivals+departures are set according to the concierge schedule. Flexibility possible if planning allows. Bed linen and toiletries? Duvets and pillows are at your disposal. Sheets and towels are optional (to be reserved). Household ? Cleaning is included in your reservation to ensure cleanliness upon your arrival. However, we ask you to leave the premises clean when you leave (dishes put away and clean, trash cans emptied and cleaned, etc.). A Deposit will be taken via SWIKLY. You will receive an email
