Surrounded by a forest, a stagnant lake, and overlooking rapeseed fields, it is an oasis of tranquility, yet only a fifteen-minute walk from the picturesque village of Palluau-sur-Indre, dominated by an imposing chateau open to visitors. The detached accommodation, accommodating up to nine people, features a garden and terrace and includes four bedrooms, a living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, and four bathrooms with showers.
