Welcome to this little cocoon in Fabrégas, just 5 minutes from the beaches, the Janas forest and the wonderful coastal path. Between the port of La Seyne-sur-Mer and the lively Sablettes district, enjoy a fully-equipped 25m² apartment with veranda, including a sleeping area for 2 people and a double sofa bed. Discover the many water sports activities, nature walks, restaurants, bars, beaches and much more close to the residence in which the apartment is located. The apartment is a brand-new, fully-renovated 25m² studio with bathroom with washing machine, dressing room, sleeping area with double bed, fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, mini fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, storage...), sofa bed for 2, small dining area and veranda with outdoor furniture. Located in a quiet residence, a small footpath leads directly from the apartment to Mar Vivo or Fabrégas beaches, or to various wild Mediterranean coves... A cycle path is available at the foot of the apartment, so you'll be spoilt for choice when it comes to walking or cycling! Local shops are also within walking distance (5 to 10 minutes). A private parking space is available during your stay, making it easy to explore the surrounding area, including Sanary sur Mer and its most beautiful market !

As a native of La Seyne-sur-Mer, I'll be delighted to give you all the information you need to make the most of your stay. As soon as you arrive, you'll be given a folder containing all the information you need for your stay, including local walks, restaurants and bars, beaches and public transport, as well as information about the apartment and how it works (wifi code, use of washing machine, etc.). The area is well served by public transport, including the shuttle boat to the port of Toulon, and various buses to the Sablettes district, the city center and port of La Seyne-sur-Mer, the town of Sanary-sur-Mer and Toulon. The bus stop is right in front of the residence.

The Fabrégas district was a real favorite. It's an incredible destination for a variety of activities at sea, in the forest, in town.... The Fabrégas estate, just 5 minutes from the apartment, extends over an area of 55 hectares, consisting of a building (once a bourgeois residence), gardens and woods. Naturally, animals are welcome! It is also an agricultural estate. The plot is dedicated to organic farming. Harvested produce is sold on site (Wednesdays from 4pm to 7pm in summer and from 2pm to 7pm in winter, and Saturdays from 9am to 12pm). The Sablettes district, next door to Fabrégas, is lively in season with its night market, children's amusement park and long white sandy beaches. A 15-minute drive will also take you to the port of Sanary-sur-Mer, famous for its typical market voted Most Beautiful Market in France in 2018.
