Company information

In 2017 we bought this old Medoc farmhouse that became a second home in the 1950s. We renovated it to provide the essential comfort while keeping the major elements such as fireplaces, for example. The Domaine de Ludeye is simple, modern and welcoming. It is labeled "Accueil Vélo" and "Vignobles et Découvertes". We live on site in our own house. We are available for any question or for an informal conversation around a coffee, to make you appreciate our territory.

Property information

Domaine de Ludeye is located in a quiet hamlet, 1 km from the town of Listrac. Close to the vineyards of the Listrac Médoc appellation and the Médoc forest, it allows for a bucolic and relaxing stay. We propose two independent vacation rentals for 2 people: a T1 gite on the ground floor and a studio upstairs. Each has its own entrance, WIFI access, reversible air conditioning and an equipped kitchen. The cottage can accommodate people with reduced mobility. A large wooded park awaits you for a nap in the grass while listening to bird songs. The 4x12 m swimming pool is heated and has deckchairs and parasols for sunbathing. You can do your exercises or yoga in the equipped gym. Our adult bikes are on loan to explore the area gently and we have a high-performance electric charging station. The property is large enough for each guest to find their own quiet space. Wifi internet access is available indoors and outdoors to plan the day's activities or work remote..
