Located on the 1st floor without an elevator, this comfortable studio includes:
- a sleeping area with a size 140 190 sofa bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of strolling.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hair dryer, TV, Baby bed (size 60 x 120 ), Coffee machine, Refrigerator, Microwave, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
It should be noted that animals are accepted in this accommodation.
For your small daily errands, a supermarket "Carrefour Contact" is a 14-minute walk.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:

Located only a few kilometers from the very touristy city of La Rochelle, in the heart of Charente-Maritime, Saint-Xandre has developed around its agricultural activity. It takes place near Villedoux, Dompierre-sur-Mer and Sainte-Soulle.
According to local tradition, the commune of Saint-Xandre, which takes its name from Saint Candide (contraction of Saint Candide Sanctus Scandidus), would be born of plowmen, even before the city of La Rochelle. It is now one of the municipalities with the most farms in the region.
Ideally located, Saint-Xandre is a perfect holiday resort to discover the most beautiful tourist sites of the department.
