This bright, 23 m² studio is located on the raised ground floor of Building A of the Henri IV residence. Facing west, it enjoys beautiful sunshine, which you can also enjoy from its balcony equipped with garden furniture, accessible from the living room through French doors. It comprises a large, fully renovated main room furnished with a table and four chairs, two armchairs, a chest of drawers, and a television. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, an electric oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. The sleeping area has two single beds (90 cm). The bathroom, including a shower, sink, and washing machine, is separate from the toilet. Outdoor parking is available.
The residence enjoys a prime location for exploring Bas-Armagnac, a region rich in heritage, nature, and traditions. Nearby, you can visit the famous Paul Armagnac Circuit in Nogaro, enjoy Lake Uby and its leisure center, discover the Barbotan spa resort, or stroll through the narrow streets of Labastide-d'Armagnac, ranked among the French people's favorite villages.
Its location is ideal: just 1.5 hours from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 hours from the Pyrenees, it offers numerous getaways between the sea, mountains, and countryside. On-site, in Barbotan-les-Thermes, you'll also find the thermal baths, renowned for their health benefits, as well as a wide range of outdoor activities around the lake.
