Modern studio in Valbonne, steps from restaurants, bakeries, and public transport, just 2 minutes drive from the old town.
Set on a private property with secure parking. Sophia Antipolis is 5 minutes away, while the stunning coastline of Cannes, Antibes, and sandy beaches can be reached in just 10/15 minutes.
The studio features a fully equipped kitchen, stylish bathroom with walk-in shower, 140cm double bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, and high-speed fibre internet.
The studio is furnished with a cozy double bed, perfect for two guests. The sofa bed shown in the photos is not normally in use. If you’d like to use it, please let us know in advance, we’ll be happy to check availability and discuss a small extra charge.
You have within walking distance several restaurants, a bakery, and a fruit and vegetable shop.
The studio is located in a secured property with private car park.
Beatiful beaches in Antibes, Cannes or Juan les Pins are just a 15 min drive.
If you prefer the back country you ll have plenty of nice villages close by to visit like Gourdon or Grasse.
The bus stop is only 100m away and will take you to Sophia Antipolis in 7 min, valbonne village in 2 min or any town on the coast.
