Discover this little urban gem in the heart of the 17th arrondissement of Paris - a modern and elegant studio that combines Parisian charm and comfort As far as transportation is concerned, the 17th arrondissement is well served. The Ternes metro and its line 2 are within walking distance of the apartment, as is the Péreire Levallois station. "A deposit of 2200 euros will be required to confirm the reservation. A payment link will be sent to you by email once your booking is completed. The apartment will be held for 24 hours to allow you to make the payment. After this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled. A rental agreement will be drafted and must be signed. To finalize your booking, we kindly request the following documents: A) A valid ID. B) Proof of the reason for your stay (professional or educational). C) A valid email address."
