En fonction du nombre de personnes, je peux adapter les prix pour le ménage, les frais de draps par lit double, le consommable par personne avec une serviette de toilette, le papier toilette, savon, produits pour la vaisselle, torchon. Durant la location le studio est rendu indépendant et reste au strict usage des propriétaire. Le jardin est partagé, on vous laisse la première partie avec la grande table en bois.
ÉCHANGE ET ART: Je préfère vraiment l'échange au contact froid d'un site, pour des questions d'organisation et pour répondre au mieux à vos besoins. J'apprécie de créer un lien avec mes locataires afin de louer la maison en toute confiance. Je suis facile à contacter via mon nom sur le net.
