100% Authentic - T2 apartment of 47m2 with a 17m2 terrace and a secure, enclosed parking space. This flat is located in a new residence that will be completed in October 2019. - Living room with open-plan kitchen, HD TV and 140cm sofa bed for 2 people. - Kitchen with fridge, filter coffee machine, toaster, microwave, oven... everything you need for cooking. - A spacious bedroom with a comfortable Queen Size bed. - A bathroom with shower adjoining the bedroom. - A separate WC - A terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine. - Everything you need for your baby: high chair, cot, changing table. Workers will appreciate the free Wi-Fi available throughout the accommodation. There are no steps or stairs to access the accommodation. Pets are welcome at a cost of 19 euros per stay, subject to respect for the neighbours. This amount must be paid no later than 7 days before moving in using a payment link. The residence is equipped with a closed and secure bike park.
