EXCEPTIONAL REDUCED RATES FROM NOVEMBER TO APRIL FOR LONG STAYS (1 TO 3 MONTHS). This new quiet 73 m2 apartment on the 2nd floor with lift is tastefully furnished and decorated. It is ideal for a quiet stay in a luxury residence on the harbour. You will benefit from a concierge service. Ideal for 3 people (2 beds: 180X200 and 120X190). Magnificent view over the Etang de Thau and the harbour, sunny all morning from the shaded loggia 1, facing SE and 2nd loggia overlooking the internal Mediterranean garden, sunny in the afternoon, facing NW. 2 parking spaces indoor and outdoor. A secure bicycle storage area is available. Shops and restaurants near the residence. When you arrive in the flat, you'll find: - Cleaning done, beds made up, towels, tea towels, bath mats, kitchen towels, soap, sponges, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, toilet paper, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar and welcome gifts from our concierge. - Two printed booklets are available, in French or English, one containing instructions for the use of all the appliances and the other "Blue Port - Traveller's Guide" which lists a range of services and activities in Marseillan. - Board games, tourist brochures, various books in French and English. - Bedding : Two extra pillows is available for each bed.
