Modern and fully equipped apartment, EASY-CHECK-IN: independent entrance by digicode & lock connected to the 3rd floor with elevator, tram at the foot of the building (Avenue de Caen stop). Completely renovated, it consists of a living area with sofa bed, dining table and TV, an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, hotplates, coffee maker, kettle, etc.). You also benefit from 2 beautiful bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and separate wc. For more comfort, the apartment is equipped with a free unlimited Fiber Wifi connection. A fan is at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided.
Host since 2021, I am fortunate to be able to welcome guests from all over the world in my apartment. In order to be able to offer the most optimal stay possible, I am available to help you during your stay. Always listening to my tenants, I like sport especially football and combat sports, passionate about travel and cinema.
Very functional apartment is located close to shops. Ideally located, 5 tram stops from Rouen train station, 4 stops from street Gros Horloge. You will be immersed in the heart of Rouen life, 2 steps from Cc St Sever Leclerc, Line T4 at 100M on foot and 2 minutes from Armada 2023. Looking forward to welcoming you.
