The Bakery is a 2 bed cottage with a double bedroom and a bunk room. Both share a shower room. Lounge/kitchen/diner in one with wood burner. Full central heating. Set in rural countryside amongst orchards and pretty gardens. TV, DVD player, BBQ, microwave, fridge/freezer. Hob and full oven.
A local village bar and boulangerie are near by. A 5 minute drive to the town of Sourdeval there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets and banks.
Our guests are welcome to wander around the orchards, gardens and paddock. We are in situ most days as we live on site in the main house. Meals can be ordered at an extra cost with prior notice on certain days of the week.
Lake Dathee is a short drive. There is a lake beach, water sports, fishing and golf. Vire is a large town with restaurants, bars, banks, Château. Market day is on a Friday. This is an ideal place to stay and use as a base to visit the Normandy Beaches, Mont St Michel, Fougeres, St Malo, Granville and do me ch more
