In the heart of Cogolin overlooking the village square with its lovely small cafe’s and restaurants. On the ground floor through the hallway with separate toilet, you will find a welcoming living room leading into a sunny conservatory styled kitchen overlooking the garden. This soulful house offers modern day comfort and has three charming double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom.
