The Lion House is located in a beautiful countryside setting with excellent views over the Dordogne River valley. The entire property is yours during your rental period. It is not shared and is completely private. You have a south-facing view with enormous gardens on both sides of the house and you are centrally located to all the surrounding touristic sites. We purchased the property in 2022 and we have recently updated the bedrooms and living areas. You will find a very peaceful, beautiful surrounding for your stay, and plenty of outdoor space to feel at home in the countryside. Outside, you have a large pool with a spacious outdoor kitchen for eating and dining in the summertime. Please note this property is available for adults only and not suitable for children. We know you will have a relaxing, high-quality experience in a magical location at the Lion House and hope you enjoy your Dordogne vacation.
Deb and Dan are outdoors enthusiasts who also enjoy fine food and dining. We have a big family and can recommend a full itinerary to use daily, including hiking trails, and morning and evening markets. We appreciate unique attractions and a mix of adventure and relaxation. We will share with you our favorite finds in the area and help you feel as comfortable as possible.
The neighborhood is very quiet with spectacular views. There is a walking trail next to the house, with a lot of land for your private use. The property is completely enclosed and not shared with other renters.
