A refurbished 18th century stone property with plenty of rustic charm attached, to but separate from, our home. There is a covered private courtyard and access to a large garden with open views of the countryside. The property is in a small hamlet in a rural environment but within easy distance of shops and town facilities. Please note the stairs to the first floor are steep.

We have a keen interest in local history, nature, and the environment. We have a large friendly dog but she does not have access to the gite or garden at your disposal. We have run a gite business for over 5 years with positive feedback and always look forward to greating new guests. We will make every effort to ensure your stay is enjoyable.

Buenou is a small hamlet within the canton of Carnoët overlooking expansive rural countryside. This is a rural community of most local French people. There are working farms all around us so you will be aware of their activities. Within an easy short drive are the towns of Callac and Carhaix and amongst many local attractions is the well renowned Vallée de la Saints with its ever growing collection of stone sculptures. There are many restaurants in the local towns to suit all pockets.
