Your apartment includes on the first floor of the owners' house and on the same level: Kitchen-living room-living room with its large bay window opening onto a beautiful 28 m² terrace (with electric plancha, sun loungers, small relaxation lounge), a bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, bathroom with shower, separate toilet with washbasin. Washing machine and dryer available in the owners' garage. Private parking in the property with digicode access. The exteriors are being developed.

Nice pied à terre, which will seduce you with its geographical location. No need for a car, the center of Paimpol is 400 m away and its Port 800 m with its restaurants and entertainment, as for the supermarket it is only 80 m away on foot. Housing located on the first floor of the owners' house accessible by an independent external staircase, your privacy will be respected. The exteriors are in the process of being finished. What to do, what to see around Paimpol and its bay? you will be spoiled for choice: visit the Abbey of Beauport with its gardens and amazing events, stroll in the Trieux estuary where you can discover this sublime natural space by boarding an old "steam" train du Trieux.
